Job Description
- Attends costumer (defect) complaints on time.
- Responds to client queries and coordinates with AMANA'S departments to solve any issue may arise during the defect liability period.
- Manages subcontractors assignments and performance.
- Implements preventive maintenance program.
- Complies with internal and external health and safety regulations.
- Maintains and manages stocks of supplies, parts and equipment.
- Keeps records of maintenance and repair costs, incidents, root cause analysis, and procedures.
- Maintains timely the applied ERP system with accurate data.
- Controls spending according to the approved maintenance budget.
- Supports other team members when needed.
Skills
Years of Experience:
- 8+ preferably in Construction or Facility Management
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and basic understanding in HVAC, electrical and other systems

- Good computer skills (experience with an ERP system is from advantage)
